Information we collect

When you contact us, we collect the information you provide, including your name, email address, enquiry category and message. Our hosting services process technical information, such as IP addresses, browser details and request times, to deliver and protect the website, and may retain operational logs.

You can browse without submitting an enquiry. You may use a preferred name, but we need a working email address to reply. Please avoid sending passwords, payment-card details or unnecessary sensitive information.

How we use your information

We use enquiry information to respond, discuss potential work and manage related business communications. We use technical information to operate the website, investigate faults and prevent misuse. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing emails. We do not sell enquiry information.

Service providers and overseas processing

We use AWS for website hosting and processing contact-form submissions, and Zoho Mail and Google (Gmail) for business correspondence. These providers process information needed to deliver their services. We may also disclose information where required by law.

Our providers operate internationally. Information may be processed outside Australia, including in the United States and other countries where they provide infrastructure or support. Selecting an Australian hosting region does not mean every part of a provider's service is limited to Australia.

Cookies and other websites

We do not currently add advertising trackers or third-party analytics scripts to this website. Our contact form does not store your message in browser cookies or local storage. Following links to other websites, app stores or application services may involve different cookies and privacy practices; please review the policy provided by that service.

Storage and retention

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information and restrict access to people who need it for business purposes. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

We retain information only while needed for an enquiry, an ongoing business relationship or applicable legal obligations. We review inactive enquiries after 12 months and delete information that is no longer needed. Records needed for a contract, dispute or legal obligation may be retained longer. Provider backups and operational logs can follow separate retention cycles.

Your requests and concerns

Contact business@rappidapps.org to request access to or correction of information you have provided, ask about deletion, or raise a privacy concern. Please describe your request without including unnecessary sensitive information. We may need to verify your identity.

We will consider your request, explain any applicable retention requirements and respond to your concern.

Changes to this policy

We update this policy when our practices change and display the date of the latest revision. Changes do not remove rights you have under applicable law.

Website information

We take reasonable care when publishing information. Projects described as planned or in development may change, and estimated release dates are not guaranteed. Contact us to confirm details relevant to a business decision.

Business enquiries

Submitting an enquiry does not itself create a paid service agreement. The scope, fees, delivery arrangements and other terms for commissioned work will be agreed separately.

Acceptable use and content

Use this website lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorised access, disrupt its operation or submit malicious content. Website content is owned by Rappid Applications or its respective owners. You may view and share links to it; other uses require permission unless permitted by law.
